Hecto is a property investment, development and regeneration business based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. We own and manage more than 100 units while continuing to develop residential, commercial and mixed-use opportunities across the West Midlands.

Hecto has grown from residential investment and management into a broader property company. Our approach is to acquire assets and sites where we can create material value through planning, redevelopment, refurbishment, change of use or improved letting.
Rather than treating development as a short-term turnover exercise, we aim to refinance stabilised assets and retain the best of them for long-term income and growth. That discipline guides how we assess each opportunity, structure capital and decide what to keep.
We are increasingly pursuing larger commercial, mixed-use and planning-led opportunities while remaining focused on the practical execution required to turn a good idea into a productive asset.

Our objective is not growth at any cost. We look for a credible route to stronger income, more useful space and lasting capital value.
